These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kascommerce.com and its associated content, forms, and contact features (together, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general informational purposes about KAS Global Commerce Inc., our products, and our services. The Site itself does not require an account, subscription, or payment to access, and no age-gated signup or authentication exists on the Site. Certain KAS products, such as MySellerCentral, are governed by their own separate terms of use, which apply when you use those products directly.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Informal Process First

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first contact us at contact@kascommerce.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KAS Global Commerce Inc. regarding the Site.
