1. Internal access only

Kumbh is a private company event app for authorized team members and approved event participants. It is not intended for unrestricted public registration. Access may be added, changed, or removed by the company based on membership, employment, event eligibility, security, or operational requirements.

2. Your account

Use only your own authorized account. Keep OTPs and login credentials private. Do not impersonate another person, share access, bypass role controls, or misuse company or event data.

3. Buyer and seller roles

Authorized team members may shop as buyers. Seller tools are available only to team members or event sellers specifically approved by the company. Receiving event access does not automatically grant seller access.

4. Products and orders

Product information, price, availability, pickup or delivery details, and return eligibility should be shown before order confirmation. An order may be declined or cancelled if an item is unavailable, payment fails, fulfilment is not possible, information is materially incorrect, or misuse is suspected.

5. Payments

Any applicable price, tax, fee, discount, or delivery charge should be shown before payment. Payment processing may be provided by an approved third-party payment provider. Kumbh is intended for physical event products and related real-world fulfilment.

6. Internal seller responsibilities

Approved sellers must keep listings accurate, lawful, and current; maintain stock correctly; fulfil accepted orders; follow event rules; and cooperate with reasonable return, refund, or support requests. The company may pause or remove listings that are inaccurate, unavailable, unsafe, prohibited, or inconsistent with event rules.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not upload unlawful or infringing content or sell prohibited products.
  • Do not manipulate prices or orders or abuse discounts.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted company data, or interfere with Kumbh security or operation.

8. Event changes

Products, sellers, event dates, pickup locations, and service availability may change. The company may modify or end an event, remove access, or temporarily suspend a feature for operational, safety, security, or compliance reasons.

9. Support and disputes

Raise order or account issues through the support options available in Kumbh. The company will review issues in good faith according to the applicable event, return, and refund rules.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the event model, app features, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be available through the app or official company website.
